Corporate Services offers best practice services to support the organization, including Communications, Human Resources, Real Estate, Procurement and Legal.
Name and description of hiring department:
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is accountable for the systems and infrastructure that support Identity Management (IdM) and Access Control in the organization, both employee and customer facing. These environments include the corporate employee directory (LDAP), Active Directory infrastructure, Bell Entry Point – the employee Standard Sign-On solution, Bell.ca and retail stores such as Future Shop, Bell World, etc.
In these environments, we are responsible for building, implementing and evolving our IAM solutions, processes and infrastructure. This includes the ongoing development of product capabilities and applications, aligning our solutions with business needs as well as industry best practices.
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to act as an Identity & Access Architect. Current key initiatives within the team include construction of a new IdM platform, integrating & migrating Bell Media into Bell technology standards & operations and refreshing hardware in our Active Directory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Apply specialization in the areas of identity management, single sign on and access control.
* Act as subject matter expert for internal Bell platforms Active Directory (AD), Bell Identity Provisioning (BPASS), and Enterprise Directory (ED).
* Oversee all Bell Media Directory and ensure the health and availability of AD
* Architect Lead representing Bell Media to facilitate a successful migration of Bell Media into Bell model working with selected vendor
* Develop Identity Management technical procedures and standards.
* Ensure compliance of IAM platforms with relevant industry standards (SOX/PCI) and Bell corporate policy.
* Be involved in setting standards and reviewing methodologies.
* Monitor security of the BPASS/AD/ED system and respond to security threats and violations.
* Maintain security diagram for BPASS/AD/ED platform, as required.
* Ensure commitments to BPASS/AD/ED internal customers are met in a timely manner.
* Solicit feedback from application teams & owners in order to improve products or services.
* Provide technical services to develop and maintain integrated Identity platforms and solutions.
* Report progress and quality of work to the IAM project team.
* Involve others in problem solving, decision making and creative thinking.
* Coach others on Identity & Access Management related disciplines.
* Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Work independently with the client technical team to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
* Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
* Serve as the conduit between the client Business unit technical team and the Identity Management software development team.

Critical Competencies:
* At least 5 years in a role of Identity & Access Management Architect.
* Strong understanding with user provisioning concepts and solutions.
* Strong Knowledge of IdM solutions (Sun IdM/Waveset, Oracle Identity Management & Governance, Sailpoint and industry leaders).
* Strong Knowledge of Enterprise Directory solutions (ILM2007; Forefront Identity 2010).
* Experience with identifying and troubleshooting high level network problems.
* Familiarity with system administration tools and processes.
* Experience in designing enterprise level n-tier applications and solutions.
* Strong knowledge of networked/distributed computing environment.
* Team player – Will be required to work with in partnership with many different teams and groups, both internal and external auditors, Vendors, Corporate Security, Enterprise Architecture, Network Operations, Infrastructure, etc.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Will be required to present technical solutions to various levels of management, vendors, project teams, etc.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills – Ability to quickly understand and isolate technical issues.
* Strong documentation skills – Ability to capture and define technical specifications in order to create, maintain and update build books and run books.
* Experience with major operating systems *nix (Solaris & REHL), windows (2k3, 2k8, 2k12).

Preferred Competencies:
Bachelors degree or certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
* Previous enterprise wide exposure & experience.
* Experience with major business units such as contact centers, corporate security, billing, residential services and retail.
* Bilingual (French & English)

Приятная новость для граждан Молдовы

Гражданам Молдовы с сегодняшнего дня, 28.04.2014, больше не нужна виза для посещения большинства стран Евросоюза. Это касается посещения Шенгенской зоны гражданами с биометрическими паспортами.

Т.о. солнечная Молдавия стала первой страной СНГ, гражданам которой для поездок в ЕС не требуется виза. В течение полугода в зоне Шенгена  можно находится в общей сложности до 90 дней.

I am, Ivan Ivanov and my wife Dunya, would like to live and work in Winnipeg. I have finished Bla-Bla University in Taganrog, Antarktida with major of Weather Forecasting. I have worked as a pizza guy (at representative of Bla-Bla Company). Also, I was a copywriter(at Underground). Since 01.11.2013 I work as CEO (Weather Centre).

Now, I am a volunteer of Bla-Bla Organization. I provide bla-bla. And I’m going to expand my role in Organization’s activity on arrival in Winnipeg.

Also,I have IELTS overall score 123.123.

Manitoba has one of the lowest unemployment rates in Canada, as well as affordable housing and education. Friendly community and nature close surroundings in Winnipeg. We explored the possibility to live in different cities of Canada, such as Vancouver, Calgary, Nanaimo and Victoria, but when we explored Winnipeg, it won our hearts, so we decided to link our destiny to this friendly city.


Our family has enough funds that are required by the MPNP. This money will help us successfully adapt in Winnipeg.

Слежу за одним из форумов, там украинцы в лидерах среди тех, кто уже получил опросник (не могу не порадоваться за соотечественников).

Время отослать запрос еще вагон, потому в качестве примера выкладываю пример запроса.

My name is Ivan Ivanov, I am 99 years old. My family currently lives in Karaganda city, Bangladesh, and we have great wish and strong decision to move to Canada.

I got a post-secondary education in Engineering and master’s degree in HR Management. The total period of my post-secondary education is 6 years. My working experience is represented by work in Samsung Electronics Company since 2005 as a developer. During this time I hold a different rank such as Android developer, iOS developer, HR manager etc. Due to the specifics of my work I have good skills in software development and human resources management.

My wife Klavdia is 123 and she has got a post-secondary education on Metallurgist engineer. The total period of her post-secondary education is 5 years. Her working experience includes a work in logistic manager positions of a transportation company since 1999 to 2013. Currently she works as a Service Desk engineer in local consumer electronics company.

My wife and I have two sons: Vovochka, 8 years old, and Eugene, 9 years old.

Our professional, cultural and mental background, as well as desire to live in democratic law-based country, which protects human rights, was the groundwork for choosing Canada and Manitoba as a place of potential residence and professional development. The reasons which attracted us to Manitoba and Winnipeg include a stable economy, low level of unemployment, life and real estate prices in comparison to other provinces and cities, free health insurance from the landing, and also the big Bangladesh diaspora. The clean Canadian environment is another important ground that influenced our choice.

Due to Winnipeg job market research we can come to a conclusion that our professional skills (NOC 9999 and 8888 - for me and NOC 7777, 6666, 5555, 4444, 3333 – for my wife) are in demand. However we understand that we are to prove our skills and credentials, got in Bangladesh, as well as to get a new knowledge according to Canadian requirements. We are ready to continue and improve our education if needed, and Winnipeg gives wide opportunities for this.

I believe my English language knowledge will help me adopt in Winnipeg, whereas I passed IELTS examination on 32th of January, 2004 and got such results: Listening – 9, Reading – 9, Writing – 9, Speaking – 9, Overall – 9 (the copy of IELTS certificate as well as my and my wife’s resumes are attached).

We assure that our family has enough funds for settling in Winnipeg – more than 10 000 CAD per main applicant and 2 000 CAD per each family member. We also have no either relatives or friends in any other region of Canada and we have never applied to any immigration program.

We would be grateful if you considered our family as eligible to adopt in Canada and gave us a chance to make an exploratory visit to Winnipeg.
